There have been a number of memorable takeaways from this course during this semester. Creating a WordPress website for the first time was one of my memorable takeaways. The ability to create a platform for yourself or a brand you want to start is essential for anyone who wants to expand their message to a larger audience. Learning about the different techniques to create different variations of content to share and present to an audience will always be a memorable experience for me. The ability to customize our site and add our own twists to create a niche experience for a specific audience has been a great experience for me while taking this course. Creating a public service announcement along with a podcast was a fun and educational experience on the different audio techniques that can be used when creating audio content.

            This course has allowed me to use various programs and sites that I normally do not use or have not used before. I have never used audacity to record audio or sound cloud (To publish content) before taking this class. This class has broadened my horizons regarding programs that publish and create content. Learning about Creative Commons and all of the different copyright licenses that images have helped me understand which images or content I can use or edit for my website  During these tough times, creating content may serve as an escape from what is happening currently. These tough times may influence people to get out of their comfort zone and start their own brand own website to deliver a message or idea to a community. There are many programs, outlets, and avenues for us to create our own original content, we must all take advantage of these outlets and start something we can feel proud of.
